Who Said There are No Journalism Jobs–Here is One!

Posted on July 18, 2011

I know you’ve heard me say it before, but  I love my students. And of the things I love best is when they cease to be my students and go into the world to be successful.

Abbey Miller was one such student, who was a great writer for me, and now is a great writer in the journalism world. After I read her story in the recent Outlook Magazine, I contacted her to see if she could help a current students. And after responding to that, she also alerted me to a job opening at the newspaper where she works. Thanks Abbey!
